Everything you may need is within 250 metres to the apartment: the river and the river taxi, minibuses to Iztuzu beach and to Ortaca (the closest town), and the famous Bar street.

Begonvil Apartment is set on the first floor and the roof floor of the building. All rooms have air cons and Wi-Fi.

FIRST FLOOR,
Here you’ll find a nicely furbished living room with a lounge of 2 sofas and 1 armchair – just enough for 6 people; and a television. The 2 sofas transform to beds and sleep 2 people.

There is a separate kitchen which includes a dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need: an oven, a hob, a dishwasher, a sandwich press, a kettle, pots and pans, plates and glasses of different type and size, cutlery and many others.

From the kitchen through a sliding door you come out to the balcony that faces the colourful lively boulevard. There are 2 chairs and a small coffee table at the balcony.

There is one bedroom on the 1st floor with 2 single beds and a desk –great if you have to work or study online.

A wood staircase leads you to the roof floor.

ROOF FLOOR
Here you’ll find a bedroom that includes a double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower.

After the current guest leaves, all the textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room, and are ready for use again in packages before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is disinfected after cleaning at the entrance / exit interval of the guests on the same day.
