Living room,

There is a living room consisting of 2 sofas and 2 single armchairs that 4 people can use comfortably, wi-fi, air conditioning and TV.

Bedroom 1; There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstands, dresser and a large wardrobe in the corridor.

Bedroom 2; There are 2 single beds, nightstands, dresser and a large wardrobe in the corridor. (Note: there is no air conditioning in this bedroom, the air conditioners in the living room and the 1st bedroom are sufficient for the entire house.),

Guests staying in both bedrooms share 1 common bathroom.

Kitchen,

It has an open-plan kitchen and Iztuzu apart 3 is fully prepared for you to meet all your needs during your holiday with kitchen equipment such as oven / stove / extractor fan / refrigerator freezer and dishwasher, washing machine, tea and coffee machine, toaster, toaster, pots, pans, service utensils.

One of the most special areas of this Apart is its large, completely sun-protected covered veranda. Here, there are 2 comfortable armchairs and a dining table for 6 people.

In its 6000 m2 stylish and well-maintained garden, there is a 50 m2 communal swimming pool, a sufficient number of sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue area that will make your dinners enjoyable. Another of the most special areas of the apartment is that it has a large, completely sun-protected camellia with a sitting bench. There are also comfortable and modern seating groups here.

The swimming pool is 50 m2 and its depth is 1.60 m.

All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry after the current guest leaves, and are packaged and ready for use before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected during the guest check-in/check-out period on the same day.
