It is in a very central location, just a 10-minute walk from the center of Dalyan.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs while on holiday. All the necessary kitchen utensils are available, and some kitchen equipment includes: Dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, plates and glasses of different types and sizes, cutlery and many more items that you will need, and a carefully prepared stylish kitchen awaits you.

There is a large and comfortable seating area and air conditioning in the living room. There is an LCD screen TV and wi-fi. We have satellite TV with some English channels as well as local selections.

1st bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand and wardrobe

Again, on the ground floor, there is 1 bathroom and WC for the use of the 1st bedroom

In the stylish and well-maintained garden of 560 m2, there is a 25 m2 swimming pool, a sufficient number of sun loungers, parasols and a barbecue that will make your evening meals enjoyable. One of the most special areas of the villa is the dining table for 6 right next to the pool. The garden area is safe and private.

All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry after the current guest leaves, and are packaged and ready for use again before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected during the guest check-in/check-out period on the same day.
