Villa Binnurhan a luxury 4 bedroom villa located in a rural area of Dalyan called Arik Basi. The villa has fruit orchard to one side.It’s advisable to have a form of transport as walking into Dalyan centre will take approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Inside is modern and contemporary.

You will find a well appointed kitchen equipped with all you require for cooking a real home from home. Appliances consist of: Gas hob,elec Oven, fridge freezer,washing machine and microwave & dishwasher. All the necessary smaller appliances are also available for making an easy life: toaster, kettle,Sandwich toaster,Cay pot(tea) Turkish Coffee maker,Coffee machine and water cooler.

Lounge/Dining,

Leading from the kitchen there is a dining table and chairs for the capacity of the villa. The lounge area offers comfortable sofa and chairs along with flat screen TV/DVD. Double doors take you out on the veranda and pool area there is also a gate for child safety.

Bedroom 1 Double bed with fitted wardrobes,draws, bedside cabinets and lamps. Double doors leading to the balcony. En suite bathroom comprising of shower, toilet and hand washbasin.

Separate W/c and hand wash basin on the ground floor.

POOL/GARDEN/VERANDA

A splendid private swimming pool with step ladder access is located to the front of the villa set in mature well manicured gardens.You’ll find plenty of sunbeds and brollies around for days when you want to chill by the pool.
The veranda has a chrome fence for added security and peace of mind for the little ones.
On the veranda this is table chairs and a hammock.
A BBQ to create sensational meals for those al fresco dining occasions.

After the current guest leaves, all the textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room, and are ready for use again in packages before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is disinfected after cleaning at the entrance / exit interval of the guests on the same day.
