All rooms are air-conditioned (exluded downstairs room, share with the living room) with windows and doors fitted with mosquito screens.
DOWNSTAIRS - Open-plan space comprising a lounge and a kitchen plus 1 bedroom.

Kitchen
You will find a well appointed kitchen equipped with all you require for cooking a real home from home. Appliances consist of: gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave & Dishwasher. All the necessary smaller appliances are also available for making an easy life: toaster, kettle, teapot, Turkish coffee maker, coffee machine and water cooler.
Lounge
Two large sofa’s along with comfortable armchairs and a flat screen TV. Turkish and English can be watch albeit English maybe limited.
Bedroom 1 - downstairs (ideal for those with restricted mobility), Double bed draws and wardrobe. This room has en suite comprising of shower, toilet and hand wash basin.

UPSTAIRS
Total of 2 bedrooms on the first level and 1 bedroom on the second level.
Bedroom 2 - Double bed with access on to a shared balcony overlooking the pool. This room also has en suite comprising shower toilet and hand washbasin.
Bedroom 3 - Twin single beds bed with access on to a shared balcony overlooking the pool. This room also has en suite comprising shower toilet and hand washbasin.
Bedroom 4 - on the second level has twin single beds also with en suite comprising of shower, toilet and hand washbasin.

POOL/GARDEN/TERRACE
Located at the front of the villa you have your own private swimming pool set in well manicured gardens. The veranda is accessed from either the lounge or the kitchen offering plenty of shade from the sun and has two dining table and chairs.
In the garden you’ll find a stone built BBQ.

After the current guest leaves, all the textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room, and are ready for use again in packages before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is disinfected after cleaning at the entrance / exit interval of the guests on the same day.
