Villa Ipek is located in the Gulpinar neighborhood and is within a 10 minute walk of town. The villa is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Bright open plan living / dining area separate kitchen. Comfortable lounge area with flat screen TV, WiFi. Double doors opening onto the terrace overlooking the pool and garden.

There is an open plan lounge with kitchen downstairs. The living area includes comfortable sofas and armchairs - very fresh and cosy. Flat screen TV / satellite TV showing Turkish channels and English news channels (albeit English maybe limited).

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all you needs with appliances: gas hob/electric oven, washing machine located in the understairs storage room, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, microwave and smaller appliances: kettle, toaster, Turkish coffee maker, sufficient cutlery and crockery for the capacity of the villa.

First floor,

You will find 3 bedrooms, The 2 double bedrooms share the same balcony with stunning views. The 3rd bedroom has twin single beds
Outside you’ll find a shady veranda with outdoor furniture to relax and eat.

In the garden is a stone built BBQ and outdoor swimming pool with ladder steps entry.

After the current guest leaves, all the textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room, and are ready for use again in packages before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is disinfected after cleaning at the entrance / exit interval of the guests on the same day.
