A well equipped kitchen which will meet all your needs to make a relaxing holiday. Appliances comprise of Gas hob/elec oven, microwave,dishwasher, fridge freezer & washing machine. Smaller appliances comprise of kettle,toaster,sandwich toaster,coffee machine, Turkish coffee maker, Cay pot(tea).

Dining / lounge area

From the kitchen you’ll find the dining area with a round bamboo glass top table and 6 chairs. From here you can also access the terrace through double sliding doors.

Into the lounge you find 2 match large comfortable sofa’s and small flat screen TV (Turkish & English channels albeit English maybe limited).

Family Bathroom comprising of Bath with shower attachment, toilet and hand wash basin.

Upstairs

All rooms are fully air conditioned with windows and doors fitted with mosquito screens.

In total there are 3 double bedrooms

Bedroom 1 - master bedroom with en suite comprising of Shower cubicle,toilet and hand wash basin. There are plenty of wardrobes and draws in this room and from your bedroom you have access on to your own private balcony.

Bedroom 2 - Double bed, plenty of wardrobe space with draws and lamps.You also have access on your own private balcony.

Bedroom 3 - Double bed, plenty of wardrobe space with draws one bedside cabinet.You also have access on your own private balcony.

Bathroom comprising of shower cubicle, toilet and hand wash basin.

Pool/ Garden/ Terrace

Located at the front of the villa is oval shaped private swimming pool with ease of access steps. You’ll also find located in the garden the Turkish traditional seating area called a Kosk. Very pleasant anytime of the day for peaceful relaxation.
There are 6 sunbeds and a number of sun brollies located around the pool.A stone BBQ for making al fresco dining occasions is located on the terrace which provides an option to use electric BBQ within the stone BBQ.
The gardens at Villa Matika are mature and very well stocked.

After the current guest leaves, all the textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room, and are ready for use again in packages before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is disinfected after cleaning at the entrance / exit interval of the guests on the same day.
