This is a lovely property ideal for honeymoons, or just to spend quality time together as a couple. The house consists of an open plan kitchen/lounge, bathroom and double bedroom.
The kitchen has use of an electric oven and gas hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge freezer. With windows looking out onto fields and mountains, this is the perfect setting to have a romantic meal for 2.
The lounge has comfortable seating for you to sit back, relax and watch TV or movies. Large double doors led onto the deck overlooking the river.
The double bedroom has doors leading onto another balcony overlooking the river. The perfect view to wake up to in the mornings! Outside there is a Jacuzzi pool for you to relax in. There is also a vegetable garden for you to help yourself. Included in this price are 2 bikes for you use. This property is about a 20 min walk into the center of Dalyan. There is no air conditioning in the property but it is always cool due to the river breezes.

The cottage comprises of open plan lounge and kitchen with one bedroom with en-suite. You’ll find everything on one level therefore perfect for people with restricted mobility.

Kitchen,
Is fully equipped with all you’ll require for preparing meals. Appliances:Gas hob/ elec oven, fridge freezer. Smaller appliances consist of: Kettle,toaster, Tea pot(cay), sufficient cutlery and crockery for the capacity of the cottage.

Lounge,

As part of the open plan you find comfortable seating to sit back and relax to watch TV or a movie. From the lounge there are double doors leading on to the decking looking over the water and beyond into the Dalyan mountains. One the decking there is table and chairs for all your al fresco dining.

Bedroom, ground level comprising of double bed wardrobes, draws and bedside cabinets. En suite - shower,toilet and hand washbasin. From your room you have doors leading on the decking.

JACUZZI/GARDEN/DECKING

Total luxury comes with this cottage having it’s own private outdoor Jacuzzi located on the decking.
The decking runs of stilts the full length of the cottage and is shaded with the thatched roof of the cottage allowing you to relax away from the sun.
There are also 2 bikes for your personal use. Walking to Dalyan will take about 20 minutes.

After the current guest leaves, all the textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room, and are ready for use again in packages before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is disinfected after cleaning at the entrance / exit interval of the guests on the same day.
