CANCELLATION TERMS AND REFUND CONDITIONS

Your reservation is considered confirmed from the moment you make the prepayment of the villa/apartment/flat reservation fee deposited into our account. In case of cancellation, the entire prepayment will be forfeited, as this payment has been made in full to the villa/apartment/owner as a prepayment.

The customer is required to notify TÜRKEVİ YAPI İNŞ. TURZ. LTD. ŞTİ. of the cancellation in writing; non-written notifications will not be accepted.

In case of cancellation, TÜRKEVİ YAPI İNŞ. TURZ. LTD. ŞTİ. will take a certain percentage of the total cost of the services specified in the travel agreement to cover the measures and expenses incurred in relation to the trip. These amounts have been determined as follows:

Cancellation Terms

a) The deposit sent for the reservation is non-refundable.

b) Cancellations and refunds are ABSOLUTELY NOT possible for confirmed reservations made with a prepayment (deposit). (Except for mandatory restrictions due to COVID-19 and intercity/international travel restrictions)

If the customer, at their own request, pays the full amount of the villa/apartment/flat to TÜRKEVİ YAPI İNŞ. TURZ. LTD. ŞTİ. (via EFT or bank transfer), 20% of the amount paid will be forfeited for cancellations made up to 30 days before the villa/apartment/flat stay. This is because 20% of the amount has been paid to the villa/apartment/flat owner as a prepayment. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

For any reason, if the villa/apartment/flat reservation is cancelled by TÜRKEVİ YAPI İNŞ. TURZ. If the reservation is cancelled by TÜRKEVİ YAPI İNŞ. TURZ. LTD. ŞTİ., the customer will be notified as soon as possible. If an equivalent villa/apartment/flat is available in our portfolio for the same dates, it will be offered to the customer. If no alternative is found, the prepayment received will be refunded to the customer.

If the customer fails to make the remaining payment on time, TÜRKEVİ YAPI İNŞ. TURZ. LTD. ŞTİ. reserves the right to cancel the reservation, not refund the previously paid fee, and accept another reservation for this villa/apartment/flat. Reservation cancellations can be made in writing (by email or registered mail). Reservation cancellations made by telephone are absolutely invalid. Reservation cancellations are valid from the moment TÜRKEVİ YAPI İNŞ. TURZ. LTD. ŞTİ. receives the written cancellation.

TÜRKEVİ YAPI İNŞ. TURZ. LTD. ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible for the non-use of the villa/apartment/flat, including cases of termination of the contract due to the customer’s fault or without proper written notice, provided that this contract is valid from the date of reservation confirmation as explicitly stated by the parties.

The entire amount stated in the contract becomes due and payable on the agreed delivery date of the villa/apartment/flat, and TÜRKEVİ YAPI İNŞ. TURZ. LTD. ŞTİ. reserves all its legal rights in this regard.
