After your request has been sent, our villa specialist will respond to you via e-mail or telephone within twenty-four hours at the latest; A lease agreement with payment instructions and procedures will be sent to you.2. How can I pay for the Villa I want to rent?
Your reservation is confirmed and the dates are closed after you send us the deposit amount corresponding to twenty percent of your accommodation fee by bank transfer. The remaining amount must be given to us in full on the day of your arrival.


How can I cancel my Rental Villa request?

100% refund for bookings cancelled 30 days prior to the check-in date.No refund for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the check-in date.

Can I change my reservation date?

Depending on the availability of the Villa you want to rent, you can change your reservation date for £30


What is the average cost of renting a Holiday Villa?

The cost of renting a Holiday Villa may vary depending on the type of property (villa, Apart, etc.) you want to rent, its location, size, number of rooms, season and length of stay. Do not forget that the longer the stay, the higher the price advantage.


What is included in the rental fee?

Rental fee includes the cost of accommodation in our Villas, bills such as electricity and water, garden and pool maintenance costs during the stay.

Do we need to pay a deposit to rent a Villa?

All of our rental villas are well furnished, their furniture is solid and their equipment is in working condition. A deposit of £200 in cash is taken from you, our guests, on the day of check-in to cover possible damages and losses that may occur during your stay. If no damage or loss is detected on departure, your deposit will be refunded.


Is airport transfer included in the price?

Not; however, you can request airport transfer service and/or private driver for a fee. We offer the best prices through our business partners.
In addition, we recommend you to rent a car during your holiday both for your transportation in Dalyan and for enjoying the unique towns and ancient sites around Dalyan. We offer affordable and well-maintained vehicles to your use through our business partners.


What are the accommodation check-in and check-out times?

Check-ins are after 15:00 on the day of your reservation; Check-outs are made before 11:00 on the ending day of your reservation.


Is there an early check-in or late check-out option?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability on those dates and are subject to extra charges. As Dalyan Villas, we cannot make any promises in this regard. Therefore, please contact us before your stay.


Are there helpers working in the villas or do we have to pay extra for this?

There are no permanent staff in our rental villas. In addition, we offer our concierge services such as cooks, drivers and assistants for a fee. You can forward your concierge requests to our villa specialists during your reservation.


Do we share rental villas with other guests?

No, you will not share your villa with other guests. When you rent a villa, the rented Villa and its facilities belong only to you.


How often are the rental villas cleaned?
All of our villas are carefully cleaned before each new stay. Cleaning service (once a week) for stays of 1 week or more is free and included in the price. In addition, we also offer extra (paid) cleaning service during your stay, you can request.

Can we smoke inside the villa?
No. There is no smoking in any of our villas. We consider not only our smokers but also our non-smokers. Therefore, instead of refunding the deposit fee in case of smoking in the Villas, we spend this amount for the cleaning of the curtains and seats. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.


Are there safety measures for children in all rental villas? Are children accepted in all villas?

No, we do not undertake this. Each Villa has its own unique features. One family may find the Villa’s child safety very adequate, while another family may disagree. We do our best in good faith, but we leave it to you to additionally check whether the Villa you will rent meets your personal needs. When you enter the Villa, you agree that you like the Villa as it is seen and that you cannot hold us responsible in any way in terms of child safety.


Are there markets in the vicinity where we can buy our daily needs?

In Dalyan, there are many local markets and grocery stores as well as chain markets such as Migros, Şevikoğlu, Bim, Şok. Also, Dalyan’s traditional market is set up on Saturdays. If you wish, we can do your shopping for you according to the list you gave the day before.


How old do I have to be to rent a villa with Dalyan Villas?

You must be at least 20 years old to rent a villa.


Do you accept pets?

No. In line with the requests of our villa owners, we cannot accept pets in our villas.


Can I bring more guests than the Rental Villa capacity?

No. We do not accept our guests staying in our Rental Villas to sleep in places other than beds, and we expect your understanding on this matter. If more guests are brought to the Villa without our knowledge than the capacity, we terminate the contract without any refund.


How do I know which villa is the most suitable for me?

If you call us and tell us your preferences, our villa rental experts will help you choose the most suitable villa.

Do we need to bring our beach towel?

No, you don’t need to bring your beach towel. We offer Bath towels and Beach towels and make them available to you.


What kind of materials are available in the Rental Villas?

The owners of our Villas for Rent are different people and each Villa provides different facilities to its guests according to their needs, number of rooms, size and condition. For example, while some Villas have underfloor heating, some Villas are heated by air conditioning. Is there drinking water in the villas?

There is an empty water dispenser in all of our villas. Please call us for information about the water facilities of the Villa you will be staying at. You can order drinking water from the local water dealers or markets that you provide contact information for.


How can we get the keys of the Villa for Rent?

We will contact you prior to your stay regarding what you need to know prior to arrival. On your arrival date, a member of our team will meet you, present your keys and show you around your Villa.


Do we need to clean the Villa at the end of our stay?

No. Each of our Villas is cleaned by our cleaning team at the end of the stay.


You can have a party, wedding, etc. in the Rental Villa. Can I do events?

No. We have a strict no activity policy in all our Villas. If you are planning an event such as a wedding or a party, please contact us to avoid unexpected expenses.
