It is located in Gülpınar, one of the most popular areas of Dalyan. It is an extremely modern 5-bedrooms villa with a capacity of 10 people, the construction of which was completed in 2021. All bedrooms of this villa are very spacious and furnished to a high standard and have a great location. It is only 5 minutes away from the center of Dalyan. There is free wi-fi throughout the villa / terrace / pool and garden area. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and have mosquito nets on windows and doors.

Ground floor;

Kitchen,

You will find that the villa has a fully equipped modern kitchen with all necessary equipment. Main kitchen equipment: gas stove / electric Oven, refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and washing machine. Smaller appliances; It consists of a kettle, toaster, teapot, coffee machine, and toaster. There is a dining table and chairs in a separate part of the kitchen.

Living room,

There is a separate toilet and sink in the wide entrance hall. The spacious living room and kitchen both have patio doors that open onto the pool and garden. The air-conditioned lounge has lots of sofas and armchairs, a large smart TV and wifi.

Villa Balkan also has a baby cot and a digital safe.

Garden/Pool/Patio;

Along with its large garden and pool, there is a brick barbecue with sink and space for your outdoor dining and grills, and a covered terrace with outdoor dining furniture for 8 people. A large swing around the pool and loungers and parasols and plenty of space to catch the sun all day long. are available.

After the current guest leaves, all the textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room, and are ready for use again in packages before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is disinfected after cleaning at the entrance / exit interval of the guests on the same day.
