This villa, perfect for large families who want a peaceful holiday away from the crowds but close enough to the center, is meticulously designed to welcome our valued guests. Located in Dalyan, it’s only a 10-15 minute walk from the center.

It has a total of 4 bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) and 3 bathrooms, and all rooms, including the living room, are air-conditioned. All bedrooms are furnished with mosquito nets on windows and doors, wardrobes, and chests of drawers, providing the comfort of home for all your needs. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa and around the pool and garden.

Kitchen,

One of the features that distinguishes this villa from many others is its separate kitchen. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances. Main kitchen appliances include: Gas hob / electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, and washing machine. Small appliances, kettle, toaster, teapot, coffee maker, sandwich maker, and many other essential kitchen items found in every home.

Living Room,
As part of the open-plan design, the living room features a comfortable seating area, coffee table, air conditioning, and a large LCD TV.

The living room doors open onto the garden, pool, and shaded terrace. There are plenty of sun loungers available for sunbathing and relaxing by the pool.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and bedside table.

This bedroom on this floor has one bathroom and toilet for the use of our guests.

The villa boasts a stylish and well-maintained 600 m² garden with a 45 m² swimming pool, ample sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue area to enhance your evening meals. One of the villa’s most special features is its spacious balconies, one facing the pool and the other the garden. A comfortable dining table for six is ​​also available. The garden area is secure and private.

All textiles in the villa are washed, dried, ironed, and packaged in our company’s laundry facility after the current guest departs, in a well-equipped and hygienic environment, and then prepared for the new guest’s use.

With the awareness of prioritizing the health and hygiene of our guests, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected on the same day between guest arrival and departure.
