Built in 2023, the new ultra-luxury villa Black Rose is located in the GÜLPINAR district of Dalyan, just a 5-minute walk from the city center, the Dalyan river and restaurants, with 5 bedrooms and all bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms including dressing rooms. As you walk towards the center, you will find many bars and restaurants along the way. The Saturday market is approximately 15-20 minutes away from the villa.

One of the most special areas of the villa is its large, completely sun-protected veranda. Here, there are comfortable and modern seating groups with armchairs and a dining table for 10 people. The garden area is safe and private.

The swimming pool is 50 square meters and its depth is 1.52 m. There are cushioned sun loungers, beach towels and parasols for the use of guests. An unforgettable holiday will be waiting for you in this villa.

All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry after the current guest leaves, and are packaged and ready for use again before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected during the guest check-in/check-out period on the same day.
