Villa iris situated in a quiet location just 10 mins was from the town centre of Dalyan. A four bedroom spacious villa both inside and outside and built using tradition local stone. Built in an L shape allows the villa to present itself with a corner veranda and balcony on the first floor.
By car / local bus (dolmus) or river boat taxi you can visit Iztuzu beach approximately 10 mins away from the villa.

Kitchen A very modern kitchen fully equipped with all you require. Appliances Gas hob/Elec Oven/Fridge Freezer/Washing machine and Microwave.Smaller appliances Kettle/Toaster/Cay pot(tea)/Coffee machine/Turkish coffee maker/sandwich toaster. Cutlery and crockery to accommodate the capacity of the villa.

Lounge

Leading from the kitchen in the style of open plan is the lounge with large comfortable sofa’s, flat screen TV (English & Turkish) albeit English channel maybe limited). A large open working fire in the lounge for those cooler months whereby wood is normally burnt and can be bought all around Dalyan.

Downstairs

Bedroom 1 Double bedroom with double bed and en suite consisting of Shower cubicle, toilet and hand wash basin. You’ll also have direct access from this room through double sliding doors on the terrace and swimming pool at the rear of the villa.

Downstairs W/C and hand wash basin can be found in the villa entrance.

Upstairs

Bedroom 2 Double master bedroom with double bed and en suite consisting of bath/shower, toilet and hand wash basin.From this room you have Juliet balcony & doors. Open them in the evenings or as you awake in the mornings to capture the sunrise over the mountains.

Bedroom 3 Double bedroom with double bed and ample wardrobes & draws.

Bedroom 4 Twin single beds with ample wardrobes and draws.

Bedroom 5 Double bedroom with double bed and ample wardrobes & draws.

Family bathroom located between bedrooms 3 & 4 consisting of large walk in shower, toilet and hand wash basin.

From the first floor corridor you can access the extra large balcony, where you’ll find chairs and table for relaxing and enjoying the views over a few drinkings.

Pool / Gardens / Terrace

Villa Iris offers a splendid 40m2 swimming pool at the rear of the villa and is overlooked from the ground floor terrace and upper floor balcony. You have the option of accessing the pool using the step ladders or the tiled pool steps.
To the far end of the pool you find an outdoor shower perfect for cooling off or a quick wash down when returning from the beach.
There are ample sunbeds and brollies for relaxing throughout the day and for those that wish to shade from the heat of the sun you can retreat under the terrace or lounge on the hammock.

The gardens are mature and beautifully manicure with many trees (maybe bearing fruit help yourselves). Also located in the garden you’ll find what every villa needs a huge stone BBQ.

After the current guest leaves, all the textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room, and are ready for use again in packages before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is disinfected after cleaning at the entrance / exit interval of the guests on the same day.
