Built in 2020 and boasting a unique structure, this villa is located in the popular Maraş district of Dalyan. It’s just a 5-10 minute walk from the center, the Dalyan River, and the Bar Street. This 3-bedroom villa has en-suite bathrooms in all rooms. Walking towards the center, you’ll find numerous markets and restaurants along the way. The Saturday market is approximately 20-25 minutes away.

Villa Rezene has a capacity of 10 people and has a total of 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a 5th bedroom with a separate bathroom. All bedrooms are spacious and comfortably designed.

Ground Floor,

1st Bedroom: This bedroom on this floor has an en-suite bathroom and features a double bed, dresser, wardrobe, and bedside tables.

There is also a toilet and sink on this floor.

Living Room,

The spacious living room has a dining table for 10 people; a bright and airy seating area, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a satellite LCD TV with some English channels as well as local selections.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 1 bedroom with a separate bathroom, all air-conditioned.

Kitchen,

It is fully equipped to meet all your needs while on vacation. All necessary kitchenware is modern and of high quality, and some kitchen equipment includes: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans, plates and glasses of various types and sizes, cutlery and many more items you will need, creating a stylishly prepared kitchen awaits you.

3rd bedroom; This bedroom on this floor has an en-suite bathroom and contains 1 double bed, a dresser, a wardrobe, and bedside tables.

5th bedroom; This bedroom on the upper floor has 2 single beds, a dresser, a wardrobe, and bedside tables.

The 5th bedroom on this floor has a separate bathroom, toilet, and sink for guests staying there.

All rooms, including the living room, have air conditioning and mosquito nets.

Garden and Veranda,

The villa boasts a stylish and well-maintained 500 m² garden featuring a 60 m² swimming pool, ample sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue area perfect for evening meals. One of the villa’s most special areas is its spacious, completely sun-protected veranda, complete with a dining table seating up to 10 people.

The garden area is secure and private.

The swimming pool is 60 square meters with a depth of 1.50 m. Cushioned sun loungers, beach towels, and parasols are available for guests.

All textiles in the villa are washed, dried, ironed, and packaged in our company’s laundry facility after each guest’s departure, ensuring they are ready for new guests.

With a focus on the health and hygiene of our guests, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected on the same day between guest arrival and departure.
