The elegant and well-maintained garden of 550 m² features a 35 m² swimming pool, ample sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue area for a delightful dinner. One of the villa’s most special features is its spacious, fully sun-protected veranda. Here, there are comfortable, modern sofas and a dining table for six. The garden area is secure and private.

The swimming pool is 55 square meters and has a depth of 1.50 meters. Cushioned sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are available for guest use. A children’s pool is available for children, ensuring a pleasant and unforgettable holiday.

After the current guest leaves, all linens in the villa are washed, dried, and ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room. They are then packaged and ready for use before the new guests arrive.

To ensure the health and hygiene of our guests, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected during the check-in/check-out period on the same day.
