Built in 2022, the new ultra-luxury villa Lilyum is a four-bedroom villa with en-suite bathrooms, located in the Maraş district of Dalyan, just a 5-minute walk from the center, the Dalyan River, and Bar Street. As you walk into the center, you’ll find numerous shops and restaurants along the way. The Saturday market is approximately 15-20 minutes from the villa.

All essential kitchen appliances are modern and high-quality, including: a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, various types and sizes of plates and glasses, cutlery, and many other essentials. A stylish, well-designed kitchen awaits you.

The 514 m² elegant and well-maintained garden features a 55 m² swimming pool, ample sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue area for a delightful evening meal. One of the villa’s most special areas is its spacious, fully sun-protected veranda. This area features comfortable, modern seating with armchairs and a dining table for 8 people. The garden area is secure and private.

The swimming pool is 55 square meters and has a depth of 1.50 meters. Cushioned sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are available for guest use. A children’s pool is available for children, ensuring a pleasant and unforgettable holiday.

After the current guest leaves, all linens in the villa are washed, dried, and ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room. They are then packaged and ready for use before the new guests arrive.

To prioritize the health and hygiene of our guests, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected during the check-in/check-out period on the same day.

After the current guest leaves, all the textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room, and are ready for use again in packages before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is disinfected after cleaning at the entrance / exit interval of the guests on the same day.
