Built in 2022, the new ultra-luxury villa Lilyum is a 4-bedroom villa with en-suite bathrooms in all bedrooms, in the MARAŞ district of Dalyan, only 10 minutes’ walk from the center, Dalyan river and Bars Street. As you walk towards the centre, you will find many shops and restaurants along the way. The Saturday market is about 15-20 minutes from the villa.

All necessary kitchen utensils are modern and of high quality, some kitchen equipment consists of: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, plates and glasses of different types and sizes, A stylish kitchen prepared with a special purpose will be waiting for you with cutlery and many other items you will need.

A comfortable air-conditioned seating and a TV in a well-lit environment.

In its stylish and well-kept garden of 514 m2, there is a 55 m2 swimming pool, a sufficient number of sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue area to make your dinners enjoyable. One of the most special areas of the villa is that it has a large, completely sheltered veranda. Here, there are armchairs with a comfortable and modern seating group and a dining table for 8 people. The garden area is safe and private.

The swimming pool is 55 square meters and its depth is 1.50 meters. Cushioned sun loungers, beach towels and umbrellas are available for guest use. There is a children’s pool for children, and an enjoyable and unforgettable holiday will be waiting for you.

After the current guest leaves, all the textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room, and are ready for use again in packages before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is disinfected after cleaning at the entrance / exit interval of the guests on the same day.
