Built in 2023, the new ultra-luxury villa Lotus is a villa with 5 bedrooms and all bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, in the MARAŞ district of Dalyan, just a 5-10 minute walk from the center, Dalyan river and Bars Street. As you walk towards the centre, you will find many shops and restaurants along the way. The Saturday market is approximately 20-25 minutes from the villa.

Villa Lotus is an ideal option for families or groups of friends: spacious rooms - all with en-suite bathrooms and all rooms have air conditioning, and our triplex Villa has WI-FI internet. All necessary kitchen utensils are modern and of high quality, some kitchen equipment includes: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, different types and sizes A stylish kitchen, carefully prepared with plates, glasses, cutlery and many other items you will need, will be waiting for you.

In its stylish and well-kept garden of 500 m2, there is a 40 m2 swimming pool, sufficient number of sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a barbecue area that will make your dinners enjoyable. One of the most special areas of the villa is its large veranda, completely sheltered from the sun. Here, there are armchairs with comfortable and modern seating groups and separate dining tables for 10 people in total. The garden area is safe and private.

The swimming pool is 40 square meters and its depth is 1.50 m. Cushioned sun loungers, beach towels and umbrellas are available for guest use. An enjoyable and unforgettable holiday will be waiting for you.

All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry after the current guest leaves, and they are packaged and ready for use before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests staying in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected on the same day during the guest entry/exit interval.
