Villa Bahar,

Located in Gülpınar neighborhood, one of Dalyan’s most popular areas, Villa Bahar offers an unforgettable holiday experience with its modern architecture and comfortable living spaces. Built in 2020, our villa is only 5 minutes from Dalyan center and the Dalyan River, and approximately 10-15 minutes’ walk from the street of restaurants and bars. While walking towards the center from the villa, you can easily reach markets, restaurants, and many points where you can meet your daily needs. Dalyan’s famous Saturday Market is approximately 20-25 minutes away from the villa.

Ideal for large families and groups of friends, Villa Bahar has a capacity of 8 people. Comprising a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, our villa offers a comfortable holiday atmosphere with its spacious and airy living areas. All rooms have air conditioning, and Wi-Fi internet access is available on both floors of the villa.

One of the most striking features of our villa is the private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, located separately from the main building and situated by the pool. This area provides guests with extra comfort and privacy.

The spacious living room, decorated with elegant details, features comfortable seating, an 8-person dining table, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a satellite LCD TV with some English channels as well as local broadcasts. There is also a shared bathroom and toilet for guest use on the ground floor.

Kitchen,

The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, bread toaster, various kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates and glasses in various sizes, and all the equipment you might need.

1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and bedside table.

2nd Bedroom,

2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, and bedside table.

3rd Bedroom,

2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, and bedside table.

Located separately from the main building, this private bedroom with en-suite bathroom features two single beds, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a bedside table.

All rooms and the living room have air conditioning, and there are mosquito nets on the doors and windows.

Pool/Garden/Terrace

The well-maintained and private garden, measuring 500 m², includes a 40 m² swimming pool, ample sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue area for enjoyable evening meals. One of the villa’s most special areas is the spacious veranda, completely sheltered from the sun. The veranda features a dining table for 6 people, allowing you to spend comfortable time at any time of day.

The garden area is completely private and secure.

The 40 m² swimming pool has a depth of 1.50 meters and is equipped with ample cushioned sun loungers, beach towels, and parasols for guests’ use.

Hygiene and Cleanliness

The health and comfort of our guests is our priority. All textile products used in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in hygienic conditions in our company’s well-equipped laundry facility after each guest’s departure, and carefully prepared for new guests.

In addition, a detailed cleaning of the villa is carried out between check-in and check-out procedures on the same day, and all areas are professionally disinfected.
