The new ultra-luxury villa Derya, built in 2024, is in the heart of Dalyan, just a 5-minute walk from the center. It is close to Dalyan Bazaar, cafes and entertainment venues, but has a quiet location. It is completely detached, has a private pool and garden.

Our villa, which has a land area of ​​460 m2, is in a garden and consists of three floors. It has a private pool of 40 m2. The area of ​​the villa is net 210 m2.

The Saturday market is approximately 15-20 minutes away from the villa.

This villa has an open-plan kitchen and a dining table for 10 people on the veranda connected to the lounge, and also has a toilet and sink on the ground floor.

The garden area is safe and private.

The swimming pool is 40 square meters and its depth is 1.55 m. There are cushioned sun loungers, beach towels and umbrellas for the use of guests. An unforgettable holiday awaits you in this villa.

All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry after the current guest leaves, and are packaged and ready for use again before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected during the guest check-in/check-out period on the same day.
