The villa is located approximately 10-15 minutes from Dalyan centre. However there are many shops, bars and restaurants along the way.
In a peaceful location set in mature gardens you wıll find this contemporary 4 bedroom villa.

Downstairs:
Upon entering the villa through the main front doors having seen the spacious well furnished veranda which provides shade from the heat of the days sun. You will walk into the hallway which gives access to lounge, kitchen and downstairs twin bedroom with en suite.

Kitchen: Is fully equipped to meet all your needs whilst on holiday and has dining table and chairs for the capacity of the villa.
Also in the dining area are comfortable sofas to relax after dining.
Lounge: Beautiful comfortable sofas in a well lighted surrounding and LCD internet TV.
Downstairs Bedroom: Twin single beds and en suite with walk in shower, Hand basin and W/C

Upstairs:
There are 3 spacious bedrooms
Bedroom 1 - King size bed, fully fitted wardrobes and draws, Balcony with table and chairs. This bedroom also has en suite with walk in shower (wet room).
Bedroom 2 - King size bed, fully fitted wardrobes and draws, Balcony with table and chairs. This room provides a safe in the bottom of the wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 - Twin single beds,fully fitted wardrobes and draws, Balcony with table and chairs.

From the main landing is the family bathroom with bath and shower fitted over the bath.

All floors are beautifully tiled throughout the villa.

Security alarm using fob technology.

Mosquito Screens are fitted to all windows and doors.

The garden area is secure and private.

The swimming pool is 40 metres SQ and the adjoining children’s pool is 3.75mtr SQ.

This villa is suitable for guest with restricted mobility.

After the current guest leaves, all the textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room, and are ready for use again in packages before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is disinfected after cleaning at the entrance / exit interval of the guests on the same day.
