With 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, you’ll find numerous markets and restaurants along the way as you walk to the center. The Saturday market is approximately 20-25 minutes away.

The upper floors have 4 more master bedrooms, all with air conditioning.

Kitchen,

It is fully equipped to meet all your needs during your holiday. All necessary kitchen appliances are modern and of high quality, and some kitchen equipment includes: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans, plates and glasses of various types and sizes, cutlery, and many more items you will need. A stylishly prepared kitchen awaits you.

The villa boasts a stylish and well-maintained 500 m² garden featuring a 35 m² swimming pool, ample sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue area to enhance your evening meals. One of the villa’s most special areas is its spacious, completely sun-protected veranda, complete with an 8-person dining table.

The garden area is secure and private.

The swimming pool is 35 square meters with a depth of 1.50 m. Cushioned sun loungers, beach towels, and parasols are available for guests.

All textiles in the villa are washed, dried, ironed, and packaged in our company’s laundry facility after the current guest departs, ensuring they are ready for the next guest’s use.

With the awareness of the importance of the health and hygiene of our guests staying in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected on the same day between guest arrival and departure.
