Built in 2024, the new and luxurious Villa Manolya is located in Gülpınar, one of Dalyan’s most popular areas, just a 5-minute walk from the Dalyan River and the Bar Street. This 4-bedroom villa accommodates 8 people; 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the 4th bedroom has a separate bathroom. Numerous shops and restaurants are along the way as you walk towards the center. The Saturday market is approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the villa.

Wi-Fi internet is available on every floor of this triplex villa. Ground Floor,

A spacious modern kitchen with an open-plan layout and a dining table for 6 people, a bright living room with air conditioning and a TV. A large bedroom with a separate bathroom and two single beds.

Bedroom 1 - 2 single beds, quality wardrobes, bedside tables and drawers. This bedroom does not have air conditioning; the living room air conditioner is sufficient.

This bedroom also has a bathroom with a toilet and sink for guests staying on this floor.

Kitchen,

Fully equipped to meet all your needs while on vacation. All necessary kitchenware is modern and high-quality, including: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans, plates and glasses of various types and sizes, cutlery and many more items you will need. A stylishly prepared kitchen awaits you.

Living Room,

There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor.

The second floor contains one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

All floors throughout the villa are covered with modern and high-quality products. All windows and doors have mosquito nets.

Garden,

The stylish and well-maintained 250 m² garden features a 30 m² swimming pool, ample sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue area to enhance your evening meals. One of the villa’s most special features is its spacious, completely sun-protected veranda. Here, there are comfortable and modern seating arrangements. The garden area is secure and private.

The swimming pool is 30 m2 and 1.50 m deep. Cushioned sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are available for guests’ use.

All textiles in the villa are washed, dried, ironed, and packaged in our company’s laundry facility in a well-equipped and hygienic environment after the current guest departs, and then made ready for the new guest’s use.

With the awareness of the importance of the health and hygiene of our guests staying in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected on the same day between guest arrival and departure.
