Villa Ebru,

Villa Ebru is located in the Maraş region, just 5 minutes from Dalyan town center. The villa boasts a modern, private swimming pool and garden. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms. All windows and doors have mosquito screens.

Ground floor,

A fully equipped modern kitchen includes built-in appliances, a gas hob/electric oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, and a microwave. Smaller appliances include a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and tea maker. Plates and cutlery are provided according to the villa’s capacity. Doors open from the kitchen to the terrace.

Lounge/Dining Area,

An open-plan lounge area with a dining table for 8 people and comfortable armchairs. A flat-screen TV with Turkish and English channels (although limited English is available). There is also a fireplace for burning wood, which can be purchased locally in Dalyan during the cooler months.

Bedroom: 1 Double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin, toilet, and sink.

Downstairs: WC, toilet, and hand wash basin.

Upstairs,

Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers, en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin, toilet, and sink.

Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers, en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin, toilet, and sink.

Bedroom 4: En-suite bathroom with two single beds, wardrobes and drawers, a shower cabin, toilet, and sink.

All rooms are fully air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms.

Pool/Garden/Terrace,

The garden at the front of the villa features its own private swimming pool. Access to the pool is via stairs, and there’s a small children’s pool where you can watch the little ones from the shaded terrace.

The shaded terrace also has a chrome fence to secure the pool. A barbecue is also built on the terrace for easy preparation of meals for al fresco dining.

The sun loungers in the garden can also be placed on the grass, providing extra space for relaxing while sunbathing. There are sufficient sun loungers and umbrellas to meet the villa’s capacity.

After the current guest leaves, all textiles in the villa are washed, dried, and ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company laundry room. They are then packaged and ready for use before the new guest arrives.

To prioritize the health and hygiene of our guests, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected during the check-in/check-out period on the same day.
