This luxurious villa, built in 2025 and boasting both a new and classic architectural style, is located in the popular Maraş district of Dalyan. It’s just a 5-10 minute walk from the center, the Dalyan River, and the Bar Street. With 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, you’ll find numerous markets and restaurants along the way as you walk to the center. The Saturday market is approximately 20-25 minutes away.

Villa Outlandos accommodates 6 people and has a total of 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are spacious and comfortably designed.

Ground floor:

1st bedroom; This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a double bed, a dresser, a wardrobe, and bedside tables.

There is also a toilet and sink on this floor.

Living Room,

The spacious living room has a dining table for 6 people; a bright and airy seating area, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a satellite LCD TV with some English channels as well as local selections.

Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms,with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

Kitchen,

One of the features that distinguishes this villa from others is its separate kitchen. If you want to cook your own meals, you will find everything you need for cooking, preparing, and preparing food in our fully equipped kitchen. Refrigerator and freezer, oven, 4-rings electric cooktop, dishwasher, sink, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, juicer, etc., along with all pots and pans, are available in sufficient quantities for the number of guests.

2nd Bedroom; The master bedroom,with en-suite bathrooms located on the upper floor, has 1 double bed, a dresser, a wardrobe, and bedside tables.
3rd bedroom; This bedroom,with en-suite bathrooms also located on the upper floor, has 2 single beds, a dresser, a wardrobe, and bedside tables.

All rooms, including the living room, have air conditioning and mosquito nets.

Garden and Veranda,

The stylish and well-maintained 500 m2 garden includes: a 40 m2 swimming pool, ample sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and a barbecue area to make your evening meals enjoyable. One of the most special areas of the villa is its large, completely sun-protected veranda. It also features a dining table for 6 people.

The garden area is secure and private.

The swimming pool is 40 square meters and 1.50 m deep. Cushioned sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are available for guests’ use.

All textiles in the villa are washed, dried, ironed, and packaged in our company’s laundry facility in a well-equipped and hygienic environment after the current guest departs, and then made ready for use again before the new guest.

With the awareness of the importance of the health and hygiene of our guests staying in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected on the same day between guest arrival and departure.
