Villa Melis is a ultra modern villa located just a short distance from the center of Dalyan,close to supermarkets and restaurants and bars but also in a quiet area with fruit orchards on either side of the villa.

Fully air conditioned throughout. Fitted with alarm system and solar energy system. All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito screens.

Downstairs

Kitchen

Fully fitted modern kitchen equipped with everything you would require for your stay: Washing machine, fridge freezer, oven/hob, dish washer, microwave and all smaller appliances: electric kettle, toaster, coffer machine, cay pot(tea), and Turkish coffee maker. Finished in white with black granite work tops and complimentary wall tiles.
From the kitchen you can access onto the covered veranda

Lounge
The light and airy lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, with a flat screen TV and an open fire for those cooler months.

Bedroom 1 Located downstairs is furnished with twin beds and is up to 20 mtrs in size and also has a wall mounted flat screen TV.

Bathroom 1 a family bathroom can be found downstairs. Fully tile and of high standard with Shower cabinet, toilet and hand wash basin.

Upstairs

Bedroom 2 Large master bedroom (26 mtrs) with double bed and large en suite (shower room). Tastefully decorated to a very high standard with fitted wardrobes and draws. Doors leading from the bedroom to a private balcony.

Bedroom 3 Double bedroom (18 mtrs) fitted with wardrobes and matching draws.
Bedroom 4 Twin Beds (20 mtrs) fitted with wardrobes and and matching draws.The twin bedroom has access to a small balcony over looking the pomegranate fields.

All bedrooms are fitted with wall mounted flat screen TV’s.

Bathroom 2 Large family bathroom fully tiled to a high standard with shower cubicle, toilet and hand wash basin.

A safe is provided with the villa.

Pool Gardens and Veranda

Outside the covered veranda has dining table and chairs to accommodate the capacity of the villa, over looking the pool and has views overlooking the dramatic mountain range of Dalyan and lush pine forests.
The villa has 8 Sun loungers and 4 sun umbrellas a absolute necessity in those hot summer days whilst relaxing by the pool.

After the current guest leaves, all the textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room, and are ready for use again in packages before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is disinfected after cleaning at the entrance / exit interval of the guests on the same day.
