Villa Yasemin,

Villa Yasemin is a 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom villa located in Iztuzu, Dalyan, just 20 minutes walk from the center, Dalyan River and Bar Street. As you walk towards the center, you will find many markets and restaurants along the way. The Saturday market is approximately 10 minutes away from the villa.

Villa Yasemin is an ideal option for families or groups of friends: large and spacious rooms - all rooms have air conditioning and there is WI-FI internet on both floors of this duplex villa. Our villa has everything you need, including a lounge with a carefully selected stylish seating area and a refreshing pool. An unforgettable holiday awaits you.

The villa has a capacity of 7 people and a total of 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms are spacious and comfortably designed.

Kitchen,

If you want to cook your own meals, you can find everything you need for cooking, preparing and cooking in our fully equipped kitchen. Fridge and freezer, oven, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, sink, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, juicer etc.. all pots and pans are sufficiently prepared for the number of people.

There are 2 large sofas, air conditioning and 2 large armchairs in the living room. There is an LCD screen TV as well as wi-fi. We have satellite TV with local selections as well as some English channels.

Ground floor,

1st bedroom: There is 1 single bed, bedside table, dresser and wardrobe. This bedroom is also for our guests and there is 1 bathroom on the ground floor.

1st floor,

2nd bedroom; There is 1 double bed, dresser, wardrobe and bedside tables in the bedroom on the upper floor.
3rd bedroom; There are 2 single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe and dresser in the bedroom on the upper floor.

Bathroom; 2nd. and 3. There is 1 bathroom for our guests to use in common.

4th bedroom; This bedroom on the upper floor has an en-suite bathroom and has 1 double bed, dresser, nightstands and wardrobe.

All rooms, including the living room, have air conditioning and mosquito nets.

Garden and Veranda;

In the stylish and well-maintained garden of 610 m2, there is a 40 m2 swimming pool, a sufficient number of sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue area that will make your evening meals enjoyable. One of the most special areas of the villa is its large, completely sun-protected veranda. There is a dining table for 6 people here. The garden area is safe and private.

The swimming pool is 40 square meters and its depth is from 1.60 m to 1.70 m. There are cushioned sun loungers, beach towels and parasols for guests to use. There is a children’s pool for children, and an enjoyable and unforgettable holiday awaits you.

All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry after the current guest leaves, and are packaged and ready for use again before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected during the guest check-in/check-out period on the same day.
