Villa Beyaz,

This villa, perfect for small families who want a peaceful holiday away from the crowds but close enough to the center, is meticulously designed to welcome our valued guests. Located in the Dalyan district, it’s only a 10-15 minute walk from the center of Dalyan.

It has a total of 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, and 3 bathrooms in total. All rooms, including the living room, are air-conditioned. All bedrooms are furnished with mosquito nets on windows and doors, wardrobes, and chests of drawers, providing the comfort of home for all your needs. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa and around the pool and garden.

GROUND FLOOR,

Kitchen,

One of the features that distinguishes this villa from many others is its separate kitchen. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances. Main kitchen appliances include: Gas hob / electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, and washing machine. Small household appliances, water heater, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, sandwich maker, and many other essential kitchen utensils found in every home.

Living Room,
As part of the open-plan design, the living room features a comfortable seating area, coffee table, air conditioning, and a large LCD TV.

The living room doors open onto the garden, pool, and shaded terrace. We have ample sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing by the pool.

There is also a bathroom and toilet on this floor for our guests’ use.

POOL/GARDEN/TERRACE,

The stylish and well-maintained 400 m² garden features a 40 m² swimming pool, ample sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue area to enhance your evening meals. One of the villa’s most special features is its spacious, completely sun-protected balcony overlooking the pool. It also features a comfortable dining table for six. The garden area is secure and private.

All textiles in the villa are washed, dried, ironed, and packaged in our company’s laundry facility after the current guest departs, ensuring they are ready for the next guest’s arrival.

With the awareness of our commitment to the health and hygiene of our guests, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected on the same day between guest arrival and departure.
