Villa Beyaz is a perfect villa for those families wishing to be close enough to the centre but far enough away for a peaceful holiday.It is located in the Metinler neighborhood and is within a 10-15- minute walk of town.

All rooms are air conditioned with windows and doors fitted with mosquito screens.
Free Wi-Fi through the villa and around the pool and gardens.

DOWNSTAIRS

Kitchen
You find the villa has a modern kitchen which comes fully equipped with all the necessary equipment you’ll need. Appliances are: Gas hob / electric oOven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave & washing machine. Smaller appliances comprise of kettle, toaster, teapot, coffee machine, Turkish coffee maker and sandwich toaster.
As part of the kitchen you have a central breakfast bar with chairs.

Lounge
As part of the open plan design the lounge offers comfortable sofa and chairs along with flat screen TV showing Turkish and English channels albeit English maybe limited. An open log fireplace is featured in the lounge and can be used in the cooler months to burn logs.
Double doors open from the lounge on to a shady terrace where you’ll find table and chairs to dine and relax.
Also located downstairs is a convenient shower and W/c.

UPSTAIRS

Total 3 bedrooms – all on the upper floor.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, there is plenty of wardrobe space and draws and access on to a balcony where you can relax with a drink and take in the splendid views.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, again as in bedroom 1 you find plenty of wardrobe space and draws. Plus have access to a balcony.

Bedroom 3: Twin single beds or bunk beds arrange how you prefer.
Family bathroom is located upstairs comprising of shower, toilet and hand washbasin.

POOL/GARDEN/TERRACE
You’ll certainly not be disappointed with Villa Beyaz swimming pool (30 m2) located to the front of the villa. Being overlooked by the terrace and also offer an additional children’s pool which is attached to the main swimming pool allowing you to relax whilst you keep an eye on the little ones. Located in the garden you’ll find the BBQ.
Around the pool there are sufficient sunbeds and brollies to accommodate the capacity of the villa.All bed linen and towels are provided for use within the villa only.

We can arrange car/bike/mobility scooter hire, as well as trips, transfers from the airport and a welcome pack of food for your arrival.

After the current guest leaves, all the textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room, and are ready for use again in packages before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is disinfected after cleaning at the entrance / exit interval of the guests on the same day.
