Located in Maraş Mahallesi, one of Dalyan’s most popular areas, Villa Adelya offers an unforgettable holiday experience with its modern architecture and comfortable living spaces.

Built in 2024, our ultra-luxury villa is only a 5-minute walk from Dalyan center, the Dalyan River, restaurants, and the bar street. Within a short walk from the villa, you can easily reach markets, restaurants, and many points where you can meet your daily needs. Dalyan’s famous Saturday Market is approximately 20-25 minutes away from the villa.

Ideal for large families and groups of friends, Villa Adelya has a total accommodation capacity of 8 people. The villa has 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, offering a comfortable holiday atmosphere thanks to its spacious and airy living areas. All rooms have air conditioning, and Wi-Fi internet access is available on both floors of the villa.

The ground floor features a modern, fully equipped luxury open-plan kitchen, a dining area with a table seating 6, a spacious living room, air conditioning, and a television. This floor also includes a large bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a shared bathroom with sink and toilet.

Bedroom 1

This bedroom has a double bed, a high-quality wardrobe, a dresser, and drawers. Guests staying in this room also have access to a bathroom with sink and toilet on this floor.

Kitchen,

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs during your vacation. Modern and high-quality kitchen equipment includes a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, plates and glasses in various sizes, cutlery, and many other kitchen utensils you might need.

Living Room,

The spacious living room, decorated with stylish details, features comfortable seating, a dining table seating 6, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a satellite LCD TV with some English channels as well as local broadcasts. Additionally, there is a shared bathroom and toilet for guest use on the ground floor.

Throughout the villa, all flooring is covered with modern, high-quality materials. All windows and doors have mosquito nets, and there is also an automatic shutter system.

Villa Adelya’s stylish and well-maintained 400 m² garden features a 28 m² private swimming pool, a children’s pool, ample sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue area, and a spacious veranda with a modern dining table seating 8 people. One of the villa’s most special areas is its spacious veranda, sheltered from the sun for much of the day. Here you can spend enjoyable time with your loved ones and have your evening meals in a peaceful setting.

The garden area is completely private and secure. The swimming pool is 1.45 meters deep. Cushioned sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are provided for your comfort.

Hygiene and Cleanliness,

All textiles in our villa are washed, dried, ironed, and packaged in our company’s professional laundry after each guest’s departure, ensuring hygienic conditions for new guests.

The health and hygiene of our guests is our priority. Therefore, the villa is thoroughly cleaned and professionally disinfected after each arrival and departure.
